After 3 succesfull Schools of Congregational Development in the Nordic countries – The School of Congregational Development is now coming to the Baltic countries.

Welcome to the first Conference on Congregational Development in The Methodist Church in the Baltic Area – for clergy, congregational teams, local and national church leaders.

• You can expect spiritual direction, new vision, renewed inspiration in your discipleship and ministry in the local church.

• You will listen to preachers with long experience in congregational development, churchplanting and leadership.

• You get to choose one of two focus tracks

• You will begin to create a development plan for your local church

• You will meet and be part of conversations with other leaders pastors and leaders in the church

• You will meet old and new friends with a passion for the growth and development of the church

 We focus on: Revitalization and renewal of local churches and on ministry with youth.

Competent leaders and pastors with practical experience from the USA, the Baltic Countries and the Nordic countries will teach

We encourage all local churches to send a team of leaders with their pastor – this will strengthen the impact of the teaching and inspiration when you return.
