Language and Interpretation
All plenaries, tracks and workshops will be taught in english. Translation into Estonian, Russian, Latvian and Lithuanian will be available on headphones during the plenaries and on the tracks.
Conference Fee
Conference fee is 9 Euro - paid to the national church office.
The conference fee includes conferene materials, coffee, tea and snacks.
Not included is accomodation and meals.

We offer meals if you pre-register and pay for the meals in advance:

Registration no later than 1st March 2012
If you are too late contact your district superintendant
Registration is online - after you have registered you will receive an email as confirmation. Your national church office will contact you concerning payment.
In the registration form you can order meals and accomodaton in the church. All other hotel reservations you will have to make yourself.

Parking
Car parking on the church`s parking lot beside and behind the church is free of charge. The rest of the streets around the church are within the area where parking is for a fee.

a) Primitive lodging at the church in sleeping bags and on mattresses costs 4 € per night for those who pre-register on the on-line registration form.
b) overnight in nearby Hotels/hostels. Please see the map. You have to book your accommodation in the hotels yourself.
