Continued Education part 2

The coming Wednesday, it is time for the second gathering of continued education for clergy within our Regional Conference. All clergy are strongly encouraged to participate:

October 28th, 9-12 CET, 10-13 EET

The Old Testament: From Wilderness to Temple: The Presence of God and the Formation of God's People:

The God of the Old Testament makes himself available to the Israelite tribes, yet veils himself in thunder and clouds, an ark and a tabernacle, and finally in the dark innards of a mighty temple. How does the presence of God relate to the people of God, particularly as understood by the people called Methodists today?

Guest: Rev. Albert Andersen Gjøstøl is District Superintendent in the United Methodist Church in Norway. He has a deep interest in the Old Testament, and did his special studies work on the field.
