Principled Christian Leaders

The church needs leaders rooted in Christ, who have a vision for changing the world. Today’s young people have fearless hearts, vibrant ideas and a passion for ministry. Their talents should be nurtured to shape the church’s path into the future. The church must recruit young people for ministry, equip them to be efficient leaders and be open to where they want to lead us. We must also strengthen lay members, who are ministering at every level of the church.

All conferences are offering programmes and seminars training lay people of all ages to serve in and outside of the church.

Lay speaking programs train people to serve through preaching, leading small groups, leading worship and leading different kinds of ministry in the church and in the community.

The Timothy leadership programme for youth is developed in Norway, where it has a significant impact on shaping the leaders for the present and the future. The programme has even been introduced in Lithuania.

Each annual conference organizes leadership seminars focusing on discipleship, children, youth, families, migration, diaconal ministry, administration, spirituality, serving with spiritual gifts and passions and much more.
