We need you to coordinate and inspire churchplanting
Right now we have 8 new church projects – with your efforts we expect to have many more in the future. The position as church plant coordinator is new and you will be developing it with us. Among your tasks will be to create a network of church planters, to set up training for new church planters, to support and supervise church planters on site as well as through Skype and email.
You will work with the bishop’s office in Copenhagen, but you can be from any of the Nordic countries. The position is a 25% engagement.

- Several years of experience in professional ministry
- Experience of churchplanting
- Ability to speak, understand, read, write and teach in English
- Ability to work with processes in teams
- Willing to do some travelling
- Skills in coaching/supervision

What a way to celebrate...
Christmas was celebrated in many different ways throughout the episcopal area - this year Christmas held a very special meaning to six Latvian youth.
On Christmas day 6 youth were baptized by districtsuperintendant Gita Mednis in the Methodist Church in Kuldiga, Latvia. The youth were well prepared for baptism by the congregations two young local pastors Gunta Grina and Vivita Barenite, who both participated in the baptism by laying on of hands and praying for the youth.
What a way to celebrate Christmas....
Gunta Grina and Vivita Barenite have served in the Kuldiga congregation for less than a year and under their leadership the youth ministry is thriving.
